What PropJo is — and isn't
PropJo is an organisational tool. It helps you remember properties you've viewed, score them against what matters to you, and reflect before you make a decision.
PropJo is not a financial adviser, mortgage broker, surveyor, conveyancer or estate agent. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated reports, area information or comparisons — constitutes financial, legal, mortgage or surveying advice. Always consult a qualified professional before signing anything.
AI-generated insights
Reports and recommendations generated by AI are suggestions designed to help you organise your thoughts. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You remain responsible for your own decisions, and PropJo is not liable for losses arising from property purchases, rentals or related transactions.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person, please.
- We may suspend or close accounts being used to harass others, share unlawful content, abuse the AI features or otherwise misuse the service.
What's yours, what's ours
You keep ownership of the notes, photos and scorecards you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you, and to process them (including by sending relevant text to AI providers) so the service can function.
We own the PropJo name, branding, software, design, scorecard methodology and the structure and presentation of our PropJo Property Report and PropJo Comparison Report.
Subscriptions & cancellation
- Free accounts include one property, notes, photos, the scorecard and the decision tab — no payment required.
- Premium costs £4.99 per month and unlocks unlimited properties, Life Around Here, the PropJo Property Report and the PropJo Comparison Report.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly unless you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something's gone wrong please email us and we'll always try to do the right thing.
Acceptable use
Please don't use PropJo to: break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape the service, attempt to extract our prompts or model outputs at scale, or upload anything you don't have permission to share.
Service availability
We work hard to keep PropJo available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we'll let you know in-app and update the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
