Cookie Policy

Last updated June 2026

We use as few cookies as possible, and we ask before turning on anything that isn't strictly necessary.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use a couple of similar technologies (like localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

The cookies we use

Essential (always on)

  • Session & auth — set by our auth provider so we know you're signed in.
  • Cookie consent — remembers the choice you make in the banner.

These are necessary for the service to work and don't require consent under UK GDPR.

Analytics (only with your consent)

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage data (pages visited, broad device type) so we can see what's working and quietly improve. IP addresses are anonymised.

We may add additional analytics tools in future (such as PostHog or Microsoft Clarity). If we do, they'll only run after you've consented to analytics cookies, and we'll update this page.

Changing your preferences

You can change your mind at any time:

You can also clear cookies via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and reset your choice.
